Nessa, a 17-year-old singer, songwriter, and performer from County Mayo, Ireland, is quickly gaining recognition for her unique sound. Over the past few years, she has taken well-known songs and transformed them into powerful performances, often accompanied only by her guitar and voice. Inspired by music legends such as Bruno Mars, Aretha Franklin, and Elton John, Nessa has developed a distinctive style and has a perfect vision of her brand, from her performance to her style and of course the music she wants to put out. Now, she is focused on producing her own original music with a dramatic, soulful flair.

 

Since beginning her music career in 2022, Nessa has performed at prestigious venues across Ireland and the UK, including Camden Town's Electric Ballroom, the Ploughing Championships as a guest with another big Irish band, The Tumbling Paddies. She also performed at Craic By The Creek Festival in Manchester, where she was loved by the audience and brought her own style to a country music festival, where she really enjoyed the creative process of putting together her set. She has also won several music competitions, which inspired her to pursue a professional career. Known for her strong stage presence and captivating performances, Nessa always gives 100%, ensuring every performance is a memorable experience. Whether at local festivals, major events, or intimate gigs, she consistently delivers her best, blending her music, glamorous style, and unique interpretations of popular songs. In November 2024, she released her debut single, Love Is All Around (at Christmas Time), marking an exciting new chapter in her journey. Nessa is also preparing to put out more original songs in the near future, which she plans to add to her whole experience of her live performance.

 

Alongside her music career, Nessa is constantly working on improving her brand, her look, her sound, and her live show to offer her audience the best possible experience. While balancing her passion for music with her school studies as she works towards her Leaving Certificate, Nessa remains committed to her growth as an artist. Looking ahead, she plans to create unforgettable live shows that combine powerful visuals and sound, providing her audience with an exciting, vibrant experience and she also is currently working on building a following through social media and getting experience before she plans to go full time.
